「ナイトライダー」って、ご存知ですか？
Do you know the TV program "Knight Rider"?

私が高校生ぐらいの時なので、かなり昔（笑）に日本でも放映されていた
アメリカのドラマです。ご存知でない方は、ぜひこちらを読んでみて下さい☆
It was a TV drama from America that was on in the 80's. It was on
in Japan a long time ago :) when I was a high school student.

このドラマが大好きで、毎週欠かさず見てました。日本語吹き替えの
KITTの声も、何故かイギリス英語なまりだった英語のKITTの声も大好きでした。
I loved this drama and watched every week. I loved the voice of
KITT in Japanese and also the English voice which had a British accent.

そして数ヶ月前に、こちらでドラマのスペシャルとして新しいナイトライダーが
放送されるとのこと！新しいKITTを楽しみにしていたのですが、ドラマを見てショック。。。
英語のKITTの声は全然以前と違うし、何より、前のスレンダーなKITTがごっつくなってる！
A couple of months ago, they showed a pilot episode for a new Knight Rider
program and I really looked forward to seeing the new KITT.
However, I was shocked when I watched it... The KITT voice was so different,
and also the originally slender KITT became a muscle car!

いつシリーズドラマ化されるかなと思っていたら、明日から
スタートするとのこと！ごっついKITTから少しスリムになってることを
期待したのですが、やっぱりごっついままでした。（泣）（写真はこちら。）
I hoped that they would continue it as a series. Then, I found out that
they will start the drama from tomorrow! I was hoping they would
change the car so it would be more like the old one, but it was still
a muscle car. :( (Here's the picture.)

何とも言えない複雑な気持ちです。。。嬉しいような、寂しいような。
でもきっとドラマはまた欠かさず見るでしょう。（笑）何だかんだ言って、楽しみです！
I feel a little strange... I'm happy but I also miss the old one.
BUT, I know I will watch the drama every week! :) No matter how it is,
I look forward to it!
