クリスがディズニーの仕事を辞める前、入場が無料のうちに友達を連れて
アニマル・キングダムに遊びに行きました。
Before Chris resigned from Disney, we went to Animal Kingdom
with our friends while it was free.




せっかくカメラを持って行ったのに、何とこの2枚目の写真を撮ったところで電池切れ！
I took the camera because I wanted to take a lot of pictures,
but the battery ran out after taking this second picture!




仕方がないので携帯のカメラで撮りました。
So we took a picture with a mobile phone camera.





これからアニマル・キングダムに行く予定のある方、「エクペディション・エベレスト」が
お勧めです！今まで体験したことのない動きをするジェット・コースターでした。
If you are thinking about going to Animal Kingdom,
I really recommend the "Expedition Everest"! It did some moves
that I had never experienced on a roller coaster before.


この写真はまだ今年の初めのもの。まだまだ更新が追いつきません。
半年前の出来事をアップするっていうブログもきっとなかなかないですね。（笑）
These pictures are from the beginning of this year. I'm still so far behind on
updating. You may not often see a blog that updates about things from
six months ago. :D


もっと日常のことや神様のことを書きたいのですが、せっかく撮った写真なので
やっぱりアップしたい。。。もう少しお付き合い下さい☆
I would like to update about everyday life and about God more,
but I also would like to post pictures that I took...

一昨日の日記の続きです。
The continuation of the day before yesterday's diary.


1階に下りて外に出ると、右側はこんな景色です。
When you go down to the first floor and look to the right, it looks like this.




噴水が見えます。
You can see the fountain.




噴水の側の歩道を歩いて行きます。ミルクが好きだった散歩道。
Taking a walk on the sidewalk next to the fountain.
This is the path Milk liked to walk on.





右側にプールが見えて来ます。
You start to see the swimming pool on your right.




プールの入り口。
This is the entrance to the swimming pool.




なんと、半年も住んでいたのにプールに入ったのは引越しの前日！
この日はちょっと寒かったのですが、入らないで引っ越すのは勿体無い気がして。。。（笑）
もっと暖かい日にたくさんプールに入っておけば良かった！
It's hard to believe, but the first time we played in the swimming pool
was the day before we moved out! It was a kind of cold that day,
but we didn't want to move out without trying the pool... :D
We should have swum in the pool many times when it was warmer!




プールの反対側から。目の前にある建物はオフィスです。オフィスの右側にはジムもあります。
これもプールと同じく利用は無料。クリスは何度も利用していたけれど、私は合計2回。
もっと利用しておけば良かったと後悔。。。
This was taken from the other side of the pool. The building in the middle
is the office for the apartment complex. There is a gym on the right side
of the office. This is also free of charge. Chris used this gym many times
while we were there, but I only used it twice. I feel guilty that
I didn't use it much...



フロリダは（私はオーランドしか知りませんが）、プールやジムが施設として付いている
アパートがとても多いです。広い土地と暖かい気候のせいかもしれません。
In Florida (I only know about Orlando.), there are many
apartment complexes that have a pool and a gym. Maybe it's because
Florida is spacious and the weather is warm.


アパートの敷地の外の散歩道。
This is a path we used to walk on outside the apartment complex.




この日もキレイな夕焼けでした。
There was a beautiful sunset that day.

今年の3月まで住んでいた場所なのですが、
とても気に入った場所だったので、写真を撮っていました。
This is the place where we used to live until March of this year.
I took some pictures because we liked this place a lot.

ここはクリスの前職に近くのアパートを探していて見つけたのですが、
絶妙のタイミングで神様が与えて下さった場所でした。
We found this place as we were looking for one near
Chris's former job. God gave us this place with great timing.

もう住んでいないので、載せたいと思います。（笑）
Since we don't live there anymore, I would like to post about it. :D


リビング。ブラインドを開けて写真撮れば良かったな。

私はベッドルームから見る景色が大好きでした。
窓が一枚窓だともっとキレイに見えるのだけれど。。。
網戸が外側についているため、線が入った写真になってます。
I loved the scenery from our bedroom.
You could see better if the window didn't have a divider in the middle...
The screen on the window is affecting the focus of the camera.




夜になるとこんな感じ。噴水がライトアップされてキレイなんです。
It looks like this at night. The fountain is lit up and beautiful.




リビングからキッチンを見たところ。
Looking at the kitchen from the living room.




そして玄関を出て左を見ると、林が見えます。
クリスは朝日が当たっているこの林を見るのがとっても好きだったそう。
Then if you look to the left as you go out of the front door,
you can see trees. Chris really liked to see the trees
with the light from the sunrise shining on them.





下に置いてある箱は、ゴミ収集箱なんです。ゴミを入れる時間が決まっているのですが、
その時間を見計らってゴミを目当てに来る動物が。（携帯のカメラなので画像が悪い。。。）
The boxes on the ground are for garbage.
You can only put the garbage out at a certain time on certain days,
but some animals come at this time and try to get something.
(These are taken with my mobile phone camera,
so the quality of the pictures is not good...)





うっかり箱に鍵を掛け忘れると、たちまちゴミをあさられてしまいます。
If you forget to lock the box, they get the garbage immediately.

アライグマは見かけは可愛いけれど、狂犬病を持っている可能性があるので、
近づかないようにしています。
Racoons look cute, but they might carry rabies, so I try not to get
close to them.

この後少しだけ近づいたら、諦めて逃げて行きました。
After taking the pictures, I got a little bit closer to him, he gave up and
ran away.


アライグマの他にもポッサムを一度見かけました。
I saw a possum once, too.

これがアップされている時はちょうど仕事中。マジック・キングダムは今の時期遅くまで
オープンしていることが多く、夜から朝方までシフトが入っていたりすることも。
I will be working when this is posted. The Magic Kingdom is open late often
this season. Sometime I get a shift that has me working from evening until
the next morning.

フロリダは今の時期、夕方になると雷雨がほとんど毎日あります。
そんな時運転していると、やっぱり緊張します。この写真はそんな時に撮ったもの。
（写真は料金所でストップした直後に撮ってます。）
At this time in Florida, we have big thunderstorms almost everyday.
I get nervous when it happenes while I'm driving. I took this picture
during a storm. (I took it when I stopped to pay the toll.)



これはまだ前の車が見えますが、ひどい時は目の前がほとんど見えません。
この間なんて、小さな竜巻が横切るのを見ました。怖かった～！
This picture doesn't show the worst storm. Sometimes you can't see anything
in front of you. Recently I saw a little tornado crossing by. It was scary!


でもスコールが明けた後は、晴れていても少し気温が下がるので気持ちが良いです♪
But, when the rain is over, and the sun comes out, it feels cooler♪

前のブログも少しアップが遅れていたのと、何せ4ヶ月も更新していなかったので、
載せたい写真がいっぱい。
I was slow to update things in my previous blog. I haven't updated
anything for four months. There are so many pictures I would like to post.


今日は友達夫婦と去年（クリスマス前だからだいぶ前の話です。ごめんなさい。）
ユニバーサル・スタジオに行って来た時の写真をアップします☆
Today I am posting pictures from Universal Studios.
They are from last year when we went with another couple☆




友達のK、彼女は実はジェットコースターが苦手。
でも私が乗るアトラクションだったら何でも頑張って乗る！と言っていました。
Our friend K doesn't like rollercoasters so much.
But, she told me she would try anything I would try.




何と入場してまず最初に乗ったのが、ここでは多分一番恐いであろう「ハルク」。
彼女のことが心配だったけれど、何とこのアトラクションを制覇！
ハルクを制覇出来たということで彼女も自信が付き、この後のジェットコースターも
難なくこなせました！
The first attraction that we rode was "The Hulk" which I think is the
scariest one. We were worried about her, but she overcame her fear!
She had confidence after she conquered The Hulk, so she had no problem
with the other coasters!




スパイダーマン、面白かった！
The Spiderman ride was fun!




この握った縄、ちょっと臭かったらしい。。。
Chris told me that the rope was kind of smelly...
